Things you should never do to your face
Your face needs all of the special attention and care, it is the center of your expression and your identity. The skin of your face is quite delicate and sensitive. In this post, I am sharing the most common skincare mistake that you should avoid at any cost if you want a glowy and clear face.
We just can't help squeezing a pimple because we immediately want to get over it but the more you pop and pick the more inflamed it gets because there is the disruption in the skin and increase the chance of infection that worsens inflammation even cause scarring. when you touch your face often or try to pick zits, the bacteria in your hands are spread over the face that might create more acne and pimple. For this reason, try your best not to touch your face once you are done with the morning skincare routine until you want to prepare it for bed.
Over Exfoliating
Exfoliating your skin is a great way to clear pores and keep your skin fresh but over-exfoliating causes redness and inflammation. Over exfoliation and using harsh scrub removes the protective layer of your skin and makes it vulnerable to suntan and pollution. Exfoliate your face with a gentle scrub only twice a week.
Not wearing sunscreen
Harmful UV rays damage the collagen in the skin, increases melanin secretion and cause aging, wrinkles, and hyperpigmentation of your skin. Always wear sunscreen indoor or outdoor and regardless of the weather to protect your skin from damaging effects of sun rays.
Sleeping with makeup
Sleeping with makeup on, clog the skin pores and because your skin needs to breathe at night and repair when you are sleeping clogged pores result in breakout and drying of the skin. Always remove makeup with good makeup removal and prepare it with moisture before going to bed.
Not drinking enough water
Water helps to remove toxin from the body and keeps your skin hydrated, lack of water results in dull and dry skin and under-eye circle so make sure you drink plenty of water daily.
Using the same makeup brush over and over again without proper cleaning causes breakouts. Foundation and makeup brush should be cleaned regularly before reusing them as they might carry lots of bacteria.
We all want that beautiful, glowing face but using harsh products like bleaching cream, acetic acid quite often in your face might produce the opposite of what you desire. Before using such products determine your skin type as the skin might be sensitive and react adversely which results in breakout and acne
Not getting enough sleep
Skin repair the damaged cells and create new cells when you sleep and this is why at least 7hour sleep is necessary to let your skin repair and heal well.
